Ling Ling Potstickers

Place the non-stick pan on the burner and set the burner at the notch above medium. Add a tablespoon of oil, and then carefully arrange 10-11 potstickers in the pan. Add 2/3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, place a lid on the pan, and cook for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, take the lid off, turn the heat up to medium-high, and cook for another 6 minutes or until the potstickers have developed a nice brown crust.
