• 12 ounces of Rheame’s egg noodles 
• 1/4 of a large sweet onion
• 8 ounces of sliced white button mushrooms 
• 8 ounces of sirloin steak
• 1 cup of beef & mushroom stock
• a splash of dry vermouth
• 4 ounces of Daisy sour cream
