Hershey’s “Perfectly Chocolate” Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
210 grams all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (60g) HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 1/2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant espresso powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
112 grams vegetable oil
2 tsps vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9 pan.
Stir together sugar, flour, HERSHEY’S Cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Add eggs, cup of milk, vegetable oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup of boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
