Pizza Sauce

 Mix together:

• 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes (I like Cento)
• 1.5 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp Sicilian oregano 
• Pinch of red pepper flakes 
• Salt to taste (about 1.5 tsp)
