Bulk Taco Seasoning by Grams (1/2 Batch)
Ingredients
- 74 g chili powder
- 22 g garlic powder
- 16 g smoked paprika
- 8 g onion powder
- 56 g cumin
- 42 g salt
- 8 g black pepper
- 44 g all-purpose flour
Instructions
To Make
- Measure all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Store seasoning in an airtight container.
- Alternatively, measure all of the ingredients into the airtight container you will be storing your taco seasoning in, and shake until well combined.
To Use
- Brown your ground beef over medium-high. Once your meat is browned, drain. With the heat still at medium-high, sprinkle the desired amount of seasoning over your meat (about 4 TBSP per pound of beef). Cook and stir for about a minute.
- Add in some water—around 2/3 cup for a pound of ground beef. Once the water boils, turn heat down to medium. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
