Meatless Tacos

This amount makes 3 soft tacos with burrito-size tortillas

Add generous amount of oil to pan and heat over medium high
When pan is hot add crumbles and seasoning
Cook\stir for a couple minutes at that temp then add umami liquid
Immediately turn heat down to medium, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat

Corn oil
3.6 ounces Gardein meatless crumbles
Taco seasoning
Umami liquid:
   1/4 tsp vegetable base
   1/4 tsp sambal oelek
   1/4 tsp oyster sauce and/or***test shiitake powder next time
   1/4-1/3 cup hot water
