Drip Pan Cleaner (Electric Ranges)

This works great!

Add 1/4 cup of baking soda to boiling water and boil your drip pans for about 15 minutes. What doesn't boil off is pretty easy to scrub off with a no-scratch pad. Of course, if your drip pans are ultra-disgusting, this isn't going to work. However, if you do this periodically, it will keep your new(er) drip pans looking great.
